Hiii Scouts from All Over the World. This is YC1ZOB, We are Scouts from Bandung City, Indonesia HQ (Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Kota Bandung) at 61st. International Jamboree on the Air & JOTA Nasional Indonesia ke-81, October 19-21, 2018 .
YC1ZOB is Amateur Radio Callsign & License allocated for Bandung City, Indonesia Scout HQ. managed by Indonesian Amateur Radio Organization (ORARI) Bandung City Chapter/ORARI Lokal Kota Bandung (OLKB).
Scouts here try to practice Their abilities to communicate with Amateur Radio Equipments using HF/High Frequency Bands (3-30 MHz) by using ionospheric reflection, so the reflected signal could be received in faraway places around the Earth. This technology already invented long before satellite invention in 1957 by Sovyet Union (Sputnik) to communicate accross the Earth and still used up to today to backup common telecommunication techniques nowadays (by satellite, BTS, internet, etc.) in case these modern telecommunication technologies are in failure (such as in natural disaster).
Bands prepared by us: 7, 14, and 21 MHz Phone. We serve not only communication with another Jamboree on the Air stations, but also to ordinary Amateur Radio Stations, either domestically or internationally.
